Results Based Accountability
Results Based Accountability (RBA) is a method used to measure program effectiveness and organizational performance. Based in using data that is available, meaningful, and comparable across sectors, I have found this method to be an engaging and effective way to deepen understanding about Mission, while simplifying the work of communicating this to internal and external contsituents.
RBA was developed by Mark Friedman, and is widely used by public and private institutions around the country. Click HERE, to learn more.
